Local (New Zealand) Orders
All orders within New Zealand will be delivered by courier. Packing and delivery costs will be added to your order total.

The packing and delivery costs for New Zealand orders will be:

$NZ10.00 per 2kg

Note: Packing and delivery costs for deliveries that exceed 20kg will be calculated on an individual basis. If you would like to know the exact packing and delivery costs in advance, please contact us at info@upic.co.nz You should expect delivery between 4-8 working days from receipt of order.

International Orders
All international orders will be dispatched via airmail unless requested otherwise.
International orders will be charged packing and postage based on the weight of the order. Packing and postage costs will be added to your order total.
Please note that due to the varying size and weight of our products, and different postage rates to each country, the postage and packing costs will be calculated on an individual basis.
As an indication here is some estimated weights of major items:

You should expect delivery between 7-20 days from receipt of order.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Upic Products, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Goods will not be shipped until your credit card has been verified and the cost debited to your account.
